Now we will not just match a CV to the role and submit, we also take time to meet with every candidate who will walk though your door, once we have met with the candidate we will fully register them, check eligibility to work within the UK and all other necessary requirements and then we get to know them, we hold thorough interviews with all of our candidates to understand their complete skill set, work history, reasons for leaving previous roles, future goals and aspirations and most importantly the suitability for your vacancies.

Before we look at your vacancy we also get to know all about you. Our preferred method with any new client is to spend some time with your business and staff on site to fully understand every intricate part of what makes your business your business from the smallest detail to the largest and we also learn about the roles that we would be recruiting for and therefore this enables us to better place the perfect candidates for your vacancies.

We target ourselves on a maximum of 3 CV’s per role as by this point we should have a full understanding of your vacancy and of course as our job is to filter through the candidates our aim is to whittle down the finest 3 to give you the best choice for your business.

Halo will not just make a placement and stop there, we offer continued support and advice to both our clients and candidates, make regular check in calls to ensure everything is running smoothly. We also like to schedule quarterly meetings which will offer all involved an opportunity to present any feedback and allow us to keep up to date with your business changes and requirements.
